1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the physical event and the give-away organized by Innovation Ventures.
By participating, attendees agree to all terms outlined here.​

2. Eligibility
Participants of the iPhone 16 give-away must reside in Belgium.
A smartphone is required for app use and to participate in event activities.

3. Golden Ticket System
3.1 Ticket Validity
Golden tickets are valid only on the day of the physical event (October 10th, 2024) and will become void once the event concludes.

3.2 Earning Tickets
Participants earn one (1) digital ticket for every team member invited through a valid email address.
A maximum of five (5) active digital tickets can be held at any time, although participants may invite as many team members as desired.
Digital tickets will appear on the app homepage.

3.3 Physical & Digital tickets
Physical golden tickets will be distributed before the event to select participants and can be used for food redemption at the event.
Digital tickets earned through the app by inviting team members are only redeemable through the app.
Only physical tickets given by the organizers or digital tickets earned through the app will be accepted.

3.4 Redeeming tickets
Each golden ticket redeems one (1) complimentary food item (e.g., burger or pizza cone).
Staff will verify and collect physical or digital tickets before serving.
The number of food items available is based solely on the number of tickets held by the participant.

4. iPhone 16 Give-Away
4.1 Competition overview
The participant who schedules the highest number of valid meetings through the app between Thursday, October 10th at 10:00 (CET) and Thursday, November 7th, 2024, at 10:00 (CET), 2024 will win a Teal iPhone 16 128GB.

4.2 Rules for Valid Meetings

1. Meetings must be scheduled through the app using the "connect" feature.

2. Meetings must include at least two (2) participants with valid email addresses and must be confirmed through the app.​

3. Meetings scheduled outside the app will not be considered valid.

4. Canceled or deleted meetings will not be accounted for.

5. The number of meetings planned will be tracked automatically using the app's system.

4.3 Weekly Updates
Every Friday during the competition period, the top ten participants will be posted on our LinkedIn page.
This allows participants to track their progress and adjust accordingly.

4.4 Winner Announcement & Prize Claim
The winner will be announced on Friday, November 8th, 2024, at 10:00 (CET) on the official Trickle LinkedIn page.
The winner must claim their prize within one (1) week and have the Trickle app installed and functioning on their phone when collecting the prize.
If the prize remains unclaimed, it will be awarded to the next highest-ranking participant, continuing until the iPhone 16 is claimed.

By accepting the prize, the winner of the competition agrees to grant Innovation Ventures the perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photos, videos, or other media taken of the winner for marketing, advertising, or other commercial purposes, without further compensation or prior notice. This includes the right to edit, adapt, or modify such media as necessary. The winner also waives any right to review or approve the final product and releases Innovation Ventures from any claims related to the use of such media. The prize can only be collected if the winner agrees to have photos and/or videos taken of them as part of the prize acceptance.

4.5 Competition discontinuation
Innovation Ventures reserves the right to discontinue or cancel the competition if there are fewer than 100 participants. As the competition is centered around setting up meetings through our app, Trickle, the minimum participation requirement ensures a fair and engaging experience for all users. In the event of cancellation, no prizes will be awarded, and participants will be notified accordingly.

5. Beta Version Access
Participants onboarded during the event will receive one (1) month of free access to the beta version of the app, featuring the features of our Elite subscription plan.
After the period of one (1) month, participants will receive personalized recommendations to upgrade to a paid plan. Participants who do not wish to upgrade, will be downgraded to our guest plan.

6. Help Desk & Support
Participants unable to onboard through the app can visit one of our two help desks to receive a physical ticket for participation.
Only one (1) physical ticket is permitted per person. Participants must provide a valid email address, and ticket claims will be recorded to prevent duplication.

7. Data Privacy & Dispute Resolution
All data collected during the event wil be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Any disputes arising during the event will be resolved solely by the event organizers. The organizers' decisions are final.

8. Changes & Cancellations
The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the event without prior notice. Participants will be informed of changes via official event communications.

9. Photography & Videography
By attending, participants consent to being photographed and filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by Innovation Ventures.

10. Safety and Liability
Participation in event activities as at the participants own risk. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event.
 

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Agreement
By attending the event, participants agree to adhere to these rules and any decisions made by the event organizers.
