1 Open the main menu

Start by going to your trickle homepage. Tap on the three lines in the top left corner to open the main menu.

From the main menu, tap on “Calendar syncs” to manage your synchronization settings.

2 Start a new sync

On the “Calendar syncs” page, tap on “New sync” to begin setting up a new synchronization between calendars.

3 Select the source account

Under "Source account", choose the account from which you want to sync events (this is the account you want to share events from with another calendar).

4 Select the source calendar

After selecting the source account, choose the specific calendar you want to sync, such as "Holidays in Belgium" or any other relevant calendar.


5 Choose the target account

Under "Target account", select the account where you want to sync the events from the source calendar. This is where the events will be copied to.

6 Set synchronization hours

Under "All hours", choose when you want to sync events. You can sync all events, or only events that happen during office hours or outside office hours, depending on what you prefer.

Once you have selected all your settings, tap "Confirm" to finalize the synchronization process.

Your calendars are now synchronized across your chosen accounts and devices, keeping everything up-to-date!
